About this document

This English version is a convenience translation. The legally binding version is the Spanish one; if any discrepancy arises, the Spanish text prevails.

By completing your purchase you accept these Terms & Conditions and the data-processing policy described below. Please read them carefully.

1. Background

Amanita Experience S.R.L (hereinafter “AMANITA” and/or the “ORGANIZER”) is a company duly organized in the Argentine Republic, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ, the Argentine corporate registry), which organizes and promotes events. In this particular case, it organizes the Amanita Festival, to be held between November 20 and November 24, 2026 (hereinafter the “EVENT”).

For purposes of these Terms, “Event” comprises, depending on the product purchased: (i) Amanita Festival 2026, to be held from November 20 to 24, 2026; (ii) the Extended Experience, to be held from November 17 to 19, 2026; and (iii) any daily pass, weekend pass, activity, accommodation, camping, parking, transportation or associated add-on.

The dates indicated correspond to the total duration of each experience. The ticket, pass or product purchased will specifically determine the days, times, areas and services to which each participant will have access. The purchase of a daily pass, weekend pass or any partial access modality shall not grant the right to enter or remain on the venue grounds outside the days and times expressly indicated on such pass.

Persons who have purchased the Extended Experience may enter the venue grounds starting at 6:00 PM on November 16, 2026. Persons who have purchased only access to Amanita Festival 2026 may enter the venue grounds starting at 6:00 PM on November 19, 2026. These early entry times shall not apply to daily passes, weekend passes or other partial access modalities, unless expressly stated otherwise in the purchased product.

In all cases, participants must leave and completely vacate the venue grounds, together with their belongings, vehicles and camping equipment, no later than 1:00 PM on November 25, 2026, or on the earlier date and time applicable according to the specific conditions of their ticket or pass.

It is hereby noted that, for any applicable purposes, unforeseen circumstances and force majeure events that may occur at the EVENT are not controllable.

1 bis. Definition of Act of God and Force Majeure

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, an act of God or force majeure shall be understood as any external, unforeseeable or unavoidable event, beyond the ORGANIZER's will and reasonable control, which prevents or seriously hinders the holding of the EVENT under the conditions provided, including, by way of example: extreme weather conditions, acts or orders of public authorities unrelated to the context originally contemplated for the organization of the EVENT, the impossibility of obtaining or maintaining the necessary permits, causes affecting the safety of the venue or of persons, and other similar circumstances recognized by applicable law.

Nor shall any circumstance constitute an act of God or force majeure if it was known or reasonably foreseeable to the ORGANIZER at the time of contracting or organizing the EVENT, including construction works, restrictions or operational limitations at airports, roads or access routes that had been announced or scheduled in advance.

No personal circumstance of the CONSUMER — including, without limitation, delays, cancellations or inconveniences with flights, buses, transfers or any other means of transportation — shall constitute an act of God or force majeure for purposes of these Terms, even if it prevents the CONSUMER from attending the EVENT. Such circumstances are beyond the ORGANIZER's control and do not give rise to any right to a refund, exchange or compensation.

2.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they represent an express and complete agreement between you and AMANITA. By completing your transaction, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy. Any change or modification to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website www.amanitafestival.com.

3. Consent

By using the services (understood as those provided by AMANITA), you, hereinafter the “CONSUMER,” will provide certain personal data. In this regard, the CONSUMER gives its broadest consent in accordance with the rules set forth in Law No. 25,326 (Argentine Personal Data Protection Act), as amended. Accordingly, you declare that you are aware of and accept that your personal data will form part of the database related to AMANITA and the holding of the EVENT, all through the services defined herein.

Finally, the CONSUMER hereby grants express authorization for:

(i) the automated processing of such data and information; and

(ii) its use for current or future services developed by AMANITA.

You, as CONSUMER and holder of your personal data, acknowledge and consent that, by checking the box titled “I accept the terms and conditions of the service,” your personal data may be used —in accordance with good practice and applicable law— by AMANITA and by all those involved in the holding of the EVENT for advertising purposes. You, as CONSUMER and holder of personal data, may revoke the consent granted at any time by contacting the ORGANIZER through the EVENT's website, www.amanitafestival.com.

4.

You, as CONSUMER and holder of the personal data, have the right to access your personal data free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated in accordance with Section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. You, as holder of your personal data, also have the right to rectify and delete data in accordance with Section 6, subsection “e” of Law No. 25,326.

Law No. 25,326 – Section 27, subsection 3 (Files, records or databases for advertising purposes). “The data subject may at any time request the removal or blocking of their name from the databases referred to in this section.”

Decree 1558/01 – Annex I – Section, paragraph 3. “In any communication for advertising purposes made by mail, telephone, email, the Internet or any other remote means, the recipient must be expressly and prominently informed of the data subject's right to request the removal or blocking, in whole or in part, of their name from the database. Upon request of the interested party, the name of the party responsible for or user of the database that provided the information must be disclosed.”

Notice is hereby given that the DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES (National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data), the enforcement authority under Law No. 25,326, has the power to address complaints and claims filed in connection with non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

5. Ticket

It is hereby noted that tickets to the EVENT (hereinafter the “Ticket/s”) are marketed by AMANITA, with registered address at Viamonte 1167, 7th Floor, City of Buenos Aires, CUIT No. 30-71855574-0.

The Ticket is personal (nominativo) and is associated with the identity document of the CONSUMER provided at the time of purchase. To enter the EVENT, the CONSUMER must present their identity document (National ID Card [DNI], Identity Card, Enrollment Booklet, Civic Booklet or Passport), the details of which must match those recorded at the time of purchase of the Ticket, unless a valid transfer has been made in accordance with Section 5 bis.

If the EVENT date changes due to an act of God or force majeure (as defined in Section 1 bis) to a new date within twelve (12) months of the originally scheduled date, the Tickets shall automatically remain valid for the new date, and this shall not give the CONSUMER the right to claim a refund of the Ticket price. If the rescheduling is due to a cause other than an act of God or force majeure, the provisions of Section 19 and Section 10 bis of Law No. 24,240 (Argentine Consumer Protection Act) shall apply, and the CONSUMER may choose to keep the Ticket for the new date, accept an equivalent Ticket, or request a refund of the amount paid, without any adjustment, in the same currency and manner in which it was paid.

This Ticket only grants the CONSUMER the right to enter and remain at the EVENT. It is clarified that, at the EVENT, third parties may provide services, free of charge or for a fee, and market their goods or products. The Ticket purchased by the CONSUMER shall grant no additional right, beyond what the ticket itself entails, with respect to such previously mentioned services or products.

Suspension and/or Cancellation: If the EVENT is suspended or cancelled, the CONSUMER shall be entitled to request a refund of the Ticket price, unless the reason for the suspension or cancellation is an act of God or force majeure as defined in Section 1 bis. In such case, the CONSUMER shall not be entitled to request a refund of the Ticket. All refunds shall be the ORGANIZER's responsibility, and the CONSUMER may access the EVENT's website, www.amanitafestival.com, for such purposes.

In cases where a refund is due under these Terms, AMANITA shall issue it within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the triggering cause is confirmed, through the same payment method used by the CONSUMER, unless duly justified impossibility exists, in which case an equivalent alternative method shall be offered.

5 bis. Transfer of Tickets

The CONSUMER may transfer their Ticket to a third party only through the official mechanism enabled by AMANITA for such purpose, until October 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (official Argentine time). After such deadline, no change of ownership shall be permitted under any circumstances.

The transfer shall only be valid once confirmed by AMANITA or by the official platform enabled for such purpose. From that moment, the Ticket shall be associated with the new Holder's information, who must prove their identity in accordance with Section 5 upon entry.

Only Tickets that are fully paid, valid and unused may be transferred. The CONSUMER who transfers their Ticket shall remain liable to AMANITA for the original transaction until the transfer is confirmed.

The Ticket corresponding to a multi-day product (for example, full access to the EVENT) constitutes a single, indivisible Ticket. Accordingly, the CONSUMER may not use the Ticket for part of the days covered and transfer or assign its use for the remaining days.

6. Lodging

The CONSUMER may purchase a special Ticket to stay overnight in the areas designated by the EVENT's ORGANIZER. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify the areas designated for such purposes, and may even relocate facilities installed by the ORGANIZER itself or by CONSUMERS. The lodging areas will include basic services such as access to potable water, showers and shared restrooms. The CONSUMER is responsible for properly using the facilities and following the rules of conduct and safety indicated by the ORGANIZER.

There are three lodging categories: a) Tent, gazebo or similar brought to the EVENT by the CONSUMER; b) Tent, gazebo or similar made available by the ORGANIZER; and c) Wooden cabin or similar made available by the ORGANIZER.

The CONSUMER may select one of these categories at the time of purchasing the corresponding Ticket. It shall grant the right to stay overnight during the days the EVENT lasts. As with Tickets, the categories may not be assigned to other CONSUMERS and/or third parties.

The ORGANIZER shall not be liable for damages —whether due to fault, willful misconduct, act of God, or force majeure— that may be caused to the CONSUMER as a result of, by way of example only: lack of electrical service, lack of water service, partial or total breakdown of the lodging provided by the ORGANIZER, partial or total breakdown of lodging brought by the CONSUMER to the EVENT, damage caused by lodging made available and/or brought by the CONSUMER to the EVENT, among other eventualities.

The ORGANIZER assumes no liability for damage, loss or theft that may occur in the lodging areas, or for the misuse that CONSUMERS may make of the EVENT's facilities.

In this regard, all consumers are urged to make normal and reasonable use of the services and facilities that will be provided by the ORGANIZER.

The CONSUMER acknowledges that the use of the lodging services and associated facilities is at their own risk. The ORGANIZER shall in no case be liable, by way of example only, for injuries, illnesses, flooding or any other damage that the CONSUMER may suffer as a result of their stay in the lodging areas, including but not limited to problems arising from weather, terrain conditions, or other external factors.

The ORGANIZER shall not be liable for any incident that occurs during the use of the lodging areas, including but not limited to falls, insect bites, or any other eventuality. The CONSUMER agrees to hold the ORGANIZER harmless from any claim that may arise in connection with the use of the lodging and services offered.

7. Withdrawal

The CONSUMER has the right to revoke the Ticket purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Section 34 of Law No. 24,240 (Argentine Consumer Protection Act), without any consequence and/or penalty, unless the Ticket has already been used or the EVENT has already taken place. In this regard, any claim must be made exclusively before the ORGANIZER.

8. Modifications

The ORGANIZER reserves the right to add, modify or substitute artist performances, changing the programs, prices and locations announced, as well as the capacity of the EVENT, as duly notified in due course. All such changes shall be at the ORGANIZER's discretion and shall not give rise to refunds or claims by the CONSUMER.

9. Admission

The ORGANIZER reserves the right of admission and continued attendance. Late arrivals by the public shall be admitted during a break or when the ORGANIZER deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.

Before entering the EVENT, attendees may be subject to a check by security personnel, and entry shall be denied to anyone who refuses to undergo such check, without any liability or consequence for the ORGANIZER as a result.

No entry to the EVENT shall be permitted with fireworks, professional recording devices, professional video cameras, professional photography and/or video cameras, weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, or any similar item at the ORGANIZER's discretion, which items may be removed from the premises and their contents destroyed.

The list of items allowed and prohibited for entry to the EVENT is always kept up to date in the official online Guide: https://amanitafestival.com/guia.

10. Purchase at Points of Sale

Tickets may also be purchased by the CONSUMER at the box offices enabled for such purpose by the ORGANIZER, free of any charge.

11. Additional Service Charge

Each Ticket purchased online is subject to an additional service charge on top of the Ticket price (as disclosed in the EVENT's price list).

12. Delivery and Charges

Any purchase made through the corresponding online system may allow the CONSUMER to choose between different Ticket delivery options (whether at designated locations and/or at the EVENT's box office, or home delivery), and it is expressly noted that some of these options are subject to an additional charge that will be disclosed by AMANITA through the various means of contact with the purchaser.

12 bis. Payment Plan

AMANITA may offer the CONSUMER the option to pay the Ticket price in installments, through periodic and manual charges that AMANITA will make to the credit or debit card provided by the CONSUMER, in the manner of a subscription, until the full price is paid, in accordance with the conditions (number of installments, amounts and charge dates) disclosed at the time of purchase.

The Ticket shall be reserved on a conditional basis for the duration of the payment plan, and shall only be deemed issued and enabled for use once the full price and corresponding charges have been debited. An unpaid or partially paid ticket may not be used or transferred.

The CONSUMER may cancel the payment plan at any time, by notifying the ORGANIZER through the means enabled for such purpose, without needing to state a reason. In the event of cancellation, or of failure to collect an installment that is not remedied within the period notified to the CONSUMER, the reservation shall be voided and AMANITA shall cease making future charges.

Amounts already charged at the time of cancellation of the payment plan shall not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Chargebacks, disputed purchases or payment disputes may suspend the reservation while under investigation, without prejudice to the CONSUMER's rights in cases of fraud or unauthorized use of the payment method.

13. Liability, Consent

The Ticket purchaser is responsible for checking, accepting and confirming the terms and conditions of their purchase before making it, including without limitation:

(i) the description and specifications of the EVENT for which the Tickets were purchased;

(ii) the delivery terms and conditions;

(iii) the prices and payment terms;

(iv) additional costs and charges.

Therefore, before completing your purchase, please carefully verify that it matches the date on which the EVENT will be held, since once the purchase is confirmed, no changes, refunds and/or returns will be permitted on these grounds.

Participation in the EVENT, including but not limited to interaction with its infrastructure, is at the CONSUMER's sole risk. Misuse of the facilities or equipment, or their improper use in a broad sense, is the CONSUMER's exclusive responsibility. The ORGANIZER assumes no liability for injuries or damages arising from such actions.

14. Disclaimer on Use of Image

By purchasing your ticket to the EVENT, you as consumer accept and authorize that photographs and videos may be taken during the event that may include your image and/or voice as part of the EVENT's official communication material. This content may be used on AMANITA's future communication and promotional platforms, without the need for additional authorization or financial compensation.

The purchase of the ticket entails the assignment of your image rights for this purpose, both in digital and printed format, on social media, websites and other promotional media of the EVENT.

15. Purchase Confirmation

Confirmation of the purchase you make with your credit or debit card is subject to authorization by the card-issuing company.

Please note that the fact that the purchase has been approved by the card-issuing entity does not guarantee your entry to the EVENT, since it may be rejected or cancelled by the ORGANIZER if, upon subsequent review, it detects suspected fraud or any other irregular act.

16. Delivery

If you choose to use the “Delivery/Pickup at the Box Office” service, this means that the CONSUMER will pick up their Tickets at the EVENT's special box office, the location of which will be disclosed by AMANITA. The CONSUMER shall be solely responsible for any delay incurred in accessing the Ticket and/or the EVENT. For this reason, we recommend arriving with enough time in advance if you choose this Ticket delivery method.

When the purchase is made with a credit or debit card, whether Tickets are picked up at the Box Office or delivered to a home address, they may ONLY be delivered to the person who made the purchase, whether the Holder of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase, or of the supplementary card used for such purposes, upon reliable proof of identity. Therefore, do not forget to have the following with you at the time of pickup at the Box Office or home delivery:

(i) The credit or debit card of the primary or supplementary cardholder with which the purchase was made. The cardholder, whether primary or supplementary, presented must match the person who made the purchase, including if that card is a supplementary card.

(ii) Identity document (Identity Card, National ID Card [DNI], Enrollment Booklet, Civic Booklet, Passport) of the Holder of the Credit/Debit Card or its supplementary holder, as applicable.

Please keep these requirements in mind, as they are indispensable in order to deliver the Tickets to you.

17. Browsing Requirements

To access the EVENT's website, www.amanitafestival.com, you need to have graphic mode enabled and accept cookies in your browser. If your browser has these two options disabled, please enable them and reload this page.

18. Security

Tickets shall only be considered valid for entry to the EVENT provided they are purchased through the EVENT's website: www.amanitafestival.com. To avoid situations such as illegal resale, counterfeiting, use of stolen Tickets, Tickets with double access, among others, we recommend purchasing your Tickets exclusively through said website.

Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be used for resale and/or any commercial or promotional application without the ORGANIZER's prior written authorization.

19. Ticket Refunds

As a general rule, the Ticket purchase is final. AMANITA shall not grant refunds, reimbursements, exchanges or compensation, except when the CONSUMER exercises the withdrawal right provided in Section 7, when there is a breach by the ORGANIZER under the terms of Section 10 bis of Law No. 24,240, or when a mandatory rule expressly requires a refund.

Outside of these cases, no refund, exchange or reimbursement shall apply, including without limitation due to rescheduling of the EVENT within twelve (12) months in accordance with Section 5, changes in the EVENT's venue, or any other circumstance not attributable to the ORGANIZER. If the EVENT has been postponed, the Tickets shall be valid for the rescheduled EVENT.

Tickets are personal and may only be transferred in accordance with the mechanism and period set forth in Section 5 bis. After such period, or outside of said mechanism, no changes of ownership, exchanges or refunds shall be permitted, except as stipulated in Sections 5, 5 bis and 7.

The EVENT is held outdoors and is not automatically suspended due to rain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ORGANIZER may temporarily suspend activities, stages or access to certain areas of the venue in the event of electrical storms or other weather conditions that, in the ORGANIZER's and its security team's judgment, compromise attendees' safety. In the event of cancellation due to an act of God or force majeure under Section 1 bis, there shall be no refund of Tickets.

20. Consumer Liability

In the event of a change in the EVENT's date, the ORGANIZER shall not be responsible for directly notifying each CONSUMER thereof. It is the CONSUMER's responsibility to verify whether the EVENT will be held on the scheduled or rescheduled date, time and location.

The ORGANIZER is not liable for costs incurred by the CONSUMER in the event of cancellation or postponement of the EVENT, including but not limited to transportation, travel, lodging or other related services.

Likewise, activities that the CONSUMER engages in at workshops or talks within the EVENT, whether free or paid, such as, by way of example only, yoga or meditation classes, among others, shall be at the CONSUMER's sole risk. The ORGANIZER shall not be liable for injuries, ailments, damages and/or losses of any kind that the CONSUMER may suffer in such situations.

21. Admission and Participation of Minors

Minors must at all times be accompanied by a responsible adult and/or legal guardian during their participation in the EVENT. The ORGANIZER assumes no liability for unaccompanied minors or for incidents that may occur to them during the EVENT.

For purposes of these Terms, a minor is considered any person under 18 (eighteen) years of age. Notwithstanding the differentiated ticket categories that AMANITA may offer for children ages 0 to 6 and 6 to 13 (from which age the full adult price applies), all persons under 18 years of age must remain accompanied at all times by a responsible adult and/or legal guardian during their participation in the EVENT, regardless of the ticket category purchased.

22. Contact Information

It is the CONSUMER's responsibility to inform AMANITA of their real information, as well as any change in their address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receiving the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contacting CONSUMERS is by email, so the CONSUMER declares that the email address provided to the ORGANIZER is current, personal and valid.

It is very important to AMANITA that every consumer who purchases a Ticket is aware of the legal terms and conditions just set forth. Therefore, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through the EVENT's website: www.amanitafestival.com.
