Want to come but have no one to come with?

Coming alone can be the beginning of an unforgettable experience

It is a chance to open up to Amanita with a different kind of freedom: follow your curiosity, set your own pace and meet people you might never have met otherwise.

Coming alone does not mean living Amanita alone.

How it feels

Sometimes we really want to live something, but we put it off because our friends cannot make it, do not feel like it, or are simply in a different moment.

When you arrive without a set group, there are fewer fixed plans and more room to explore. You can choose what interests you, chase your curiosity, stay where you feel good and let yourself be surprised by what shows up.

It can also be a chance to go through something of your own: daring to take the first step, stepping out of the familiar and discovering how you feel somewhere new.

The experience is an adventure entirely unique to each person.

And that is part of the beauty. You will come back full of stories, memories, friends — and having discovered a part of yourself you maybe did not have so present.

An experience at your own pace

Freedom to choose

You can shape each day however you want. Dance for hours, join an activity, rest, walk, talk, or simply follow whatever calls you in the moment.

More openness to the unexpected

When you do not arrive with a shared plan, you are often more available to discover new music, try a different practice or say yes to an invitation you were not expecting.

Connections that happen naturally

At Amanita there is no need to force a conversation. Encounters happen naturally while we participate, share a table, wait for an activity, dance or rest together.

Time together and time for yourself

You can meet people and feel part of the community without having to be accompanied all the time. There is also room to slow down, be in silence and enjoy moments of your own.

A place where meeting people comes easy

Amanita is a participatory experience we live together.

All day long there are workshops, talks, movement practices, music, group activities, rest areas and many places where you naturally cross paths with other people.

Those who came alone tell it best

Don't hesitate to go alone if your friends can't make it: you'll find plenty of beautiful people along the way to keep you company.

Solo Travelers

We know the hardest step often happens before arriving.

That is why, closer to the festival, we open the Solo Travelers WhatsApp group: a space for those coming alone who want to start meeting before Amanita.

Traveling by car or bus with other solo travelers is an ideal way to start sharing the adventure from the very first moment.

The group opens soon

The 2026 Solo Travelers group will open closer to the date.

Frequently asked questions

Do people really come alone?

Yes. Every edition, hundreds of participants arrive on their own. The festival is an ideal space to open up and feel comfortable and held.

How can I meet people?

Workshops, talks, group activities and the different festival spaces are designed for encounters to happen naturally. You can also join the Solo Travelers group before arriving.

Are there moments to be more quiet?

Coming alone also lets you listen to your own timing. You can share when you feel like it and look for rest or quiet when you need it. It also lets you integrate everything you are living at your own pace.

You do not need to wait for someone else to dare

We know taking the first step can bring up doubts.

But if you feel like living Amanita and the only thing holding you back is having no one to come with, do not think twice. It will be an unforgettable experience.

You do not need to arrive with a group to belong.
